Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring problems are resolved efficiently. The role also requires tracking job tickets through completion and maintaining accurate documentation. Duties/Responsibilities Perform network analysis and testing, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure problems are resolved efficiently. Requires tracking job tickets through completion and maintaining accurate documentation. Assist with inventory management and perform various IT and cybersecurity support functions. Mentor undergraduate students and recent hires in cybersecurity requirements. Bachelor's degree with 12 - 15 months (1 - 1.25 years) of full-time work experience. Experience with C++, Python, and GPS intelligence systems. U.S. citizenship required Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 12 - 15 months (1 - 1.25 years) of full-time work experience. Support of DoD cybersecurity systems.
