What You Will Do

• Assist in specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for further testing when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all procedures, contribute to the training of newcomers, and ensure the lab meets quality standards.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, complying with all regulatory and accreditation criteria.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in the allied health field along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Ensure ongoing certification renewal throughout your tenure in this role.
