Description – What You'll Do

• Execute routine and sophisticated laboratory tests across various disciplines—such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology—while adhering to established protocols.
• Assess test results for precision and integrity, rectify errors, and carry out preventive measures and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collections and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document procedures, mentor new staff or students, while ensuring adherence to lab quality protocols.
• Maintain a safe and orderly workspace and comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Commitment to maintaining current certification throughout your tenure.
