Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 5 years related claims experience Active adjusters' licenses in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with related claims and business software
