IT Project Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized IT Project Coordinator to partner with our Lead Technical Project Manager — keeping schedules on track, finances accurate, and stakeholders aligned across a major initiative.Pay Rate Range - $40-$5/HR ON W2 (NO C2C)Responsibilities:Maintain project plans, timelines, and Jira boards across multiple workstreamsTrack budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and forecasts; flag risks earlyPrepare executive dashboards, status reports, and meeting summariesCoordinate communication among stakeholders, vendors, and leadershipManage risk and issue logs through resolutionRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of project coordination experienceStrong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, financial analysis)Experience with budgets, invoices, POs, and financial reconciliationFamiliarity with Jira, Smartsheet, or SharePointExcellent communication and organizational skillsComfort with ambiguity and shifting prioritiesBonus PointsExperience on large-scale enterprise or $10M+ initiativesExposure to global/cross-functional teamsSmartsheet automations or Clarity MyPPM experienceIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
