Executive Support Specialist Office of the Legislative Counsel – Salem, Oregon (Hybrid – remote and in‑office) Job Summary Provide comprehensive executive support to top‑level agency management and staff, serving as the primary point of contact and front‑office presence. Responsibilities Operate efficiently in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven legislative sessions and quieter interims. Collaborate with colleagues to complete a wide range of projects. Follow established workflows while also identifying opportunities to streamline and reimagine processes. Maintain a welcoming front‑office environment and manage communications with high‑level internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Not Do Craft, shape, or influence legislative policy; ensure strict adherence to attorney‑client privilege. Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two (2) years of relevant administrative assistant experience.
