What This Role Is All About

As an Associate, you are the face of the dispensary. You are the first impression, the product guide, and a big part of what keeps customers coming back.

Your goal is to make every customer feel welcomed, confident, and taken care of while keeping things compliant, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Is This You?

You are someone who notices the little things and takes pride in getting them right. You like staying busy and being part of a fast paced environment. You naturally keep things organized and look for ways to make them better. You are comfortable talking to people and making recommendations. You take ownership and follow through without needing constant direction.
