Responsibilities Order supplies, manage calendars, support organization staff, facility requests, move requests, mail stuffing, sorting and distribution. Team with OAA's and SMA to complete some of the following: answer phones, schedule meetings, time sheet reminders, Webcars, order supplies. Provide administrative/clerical support to several departments. Other clerical duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Currently attending and enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate program. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5/4.0. Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during the academic year, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer. Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship. Desired Qualifications Eligible candidates should be at least 18 years of age and have completed one year of college/community college. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic data entry skills. High level of organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Effective time management. Strong communication, written and verbal. Attention to detail. Skilled in MS software.
