Graphic DesignerIXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, versatile Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will produce inspired, on-brand designs and concepts to reach educators and learners across all of our brands–IXL, Rosetta Stone, Education.com, Wyzant, Vocabulary.com, and more. Our products are renowned for making online learning both intuitive and fun, and we're seeking an individual that can bring creative flair, innovation, and craft that will continue to delight our customers.This position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office.What You’ll Be DoingCreate attractive, compelling designs including brochures, workbooks, curriculum guide books, events materials, direct mailers, print prototypes, and other collateralEnhance existing designs with new layouts, graphics, and contentMaintain visual consistency and brand identityCollaborate closely with leaders across the marketing, curriculum, publishing, and product departmentsEfficiently manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritize and share updates, and deliver high-quality designs in a timely fashionEffortlessly switch between designing for different audiences (teacher, student, parents, and school administrators)What We’re Looking ForBA/BS degree2+ years experience in graphic design, with exceptional knowledge in designing for print with high accuracy and deliveryExperience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organizationExpert-level knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and the wider Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to create clean, clutter-free designs that are consistent with our established styleAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProven ability to efficiently manage many simultaneous projectsAbility to effectively communicate visually, verbally, and in writingExperience in processing and prioritizing high-volume design requestsPassion for outstanding designExperience in education is a plus!What To Include In Your ApplicationYour resumeA link to your portfolio and work samples in your resume or cover letterThe base salary range for this full-time position is $78,000 to $100,000 + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position.
