Fabrication Technician - Vacuum Forming

Cranial Technologies, located in Tempe, AZ, manufactures the DOC Band®, a custom cranial orthotic product that is FDA approved. We are seeking a Fabrication Technician for our Vacuum Forming team in the Manufacturing department. Responsibilities As a Fabrication Technician on our Vacuum Forming team, you will play an integral part in the manufacturing process to create a custom‑made DOC Band® to perfectly fit each baby’s head. Schedule and Training Work Monday‑Friday, with no shift work, nights, or regular weekend work (typical schedule 6:00 AM‑2:30 PM or 6:30 AM‑3:00 PM). Receive a six‑week training period to learn and succeed in the position. Work inside an A/C‑conditioned fabricating area located in Chandler. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work with a team and independently. Keen eye for detail. Hand‑eye coordination and ability to work with your hands. Creative or sports background is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
