Fabrication Technician - Manufacturing - Milling Team

Position Overview Fabrication Technician – Milling/Trim Lines. Work on the production of the DOC Band® cranial orthotic for babies. This role requires strong visual skills, attention to detail, and manual dexterity. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM (no shift work, nights, or weekend). Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent manual dexterity. Strong visual skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods. Experience with CNC Mills, HAAS Mini‑Mills, or VF2 Mills is a bonus, but not required. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
