Shift: 4-10s (M-F) with varying day off (06:45 - 17:15). Avg daily census: 15. Rooms: 4. Beds: 4. Staffing Ratios: 1:1. Years of experience REQ: 2. First-timers accepted: Yes. Certs REQ: BLS and CNOR certification required for credentialling purposes. Weekend REQ: every 6th weekend call (17:15 Friday through 06:45 Monday). Is on-call REQ? One week day night a week and every 6th weekend. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, within service line and scope and Memorial East/Memorial Belleville float as needed for support. Primary location is at MHE OR (1404 Cross St. Shiloh, IL) with capability to float to MHB OR (4500 Memorial Dr. Belleville, IL) when support is needed. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: Yes - if within 75 mile radius there is a local rate. Pending License accepted: No. RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days. Guaranteed Hours: 40. Patient Diagnoses: General surgery, GYN, ENT (only service we see pediatrics and they are healthy), plastics, urology, orthopedic sports medicine, ortho hand, podiatry, bronchoscopy. Special Equipment: DaVinci XI to support mainly general and GYN procedures and rarely urology procedures.
