Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a school-based Occupational Therapist near Jaffrey, NH. This position covers a single elementary campus for the 2026–2027 academic year, offering a highly collaborative educational environment focused on meeting the diverse needs of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ functional skills and physical development to assess self-regulation and readiness to learn.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to achieve specific occupational therapy goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to support students’ success and placement decisions.
• Recognize and address barriers to access, recommending changes and accommodations that promote inclusion and equity within the classroom environment.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with student IEPs and district policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, resourceful approach to problem-solving.

Work Details:

• School-based contract for one elementary school.
• Full-time role with 35–37.5 weekly hours.
• Contract duration: August 26, 2026 – June 15, 2027.
