Ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years commercial, business, employment, real estate, insurance or construction litigation experience.
  
  
• Licensed in good standing in CA
  
  
• JD from ABA law school
  
  
• Ability to handle cases independently and work as a team
  
  
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills
