About the Role We are looking for a highly versatile Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of learning, technology, and visual communication. This is not a traditional graphic design role. We're looking for a creative Swiss Army knife—a designer who can create polished executive presentations, engaging eLearning experiences, compelling motion graphics, impactful video content, and visual assets that bring ideas to life. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI‑powered design tools, and video production software. They understand how to create work that is visually engaging, strategically aligned, and reflective of client brands. Most importantly, this person embraces AI and emerging technologies as force multipliers—leveraging them to increase efficiency, accelerate production, and deliver high‑quality work within client budgets and timelines. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has: A passion for design, learning, and emerging technology Exceptional presentation design skills with the ability to transform complex information into compelling visual stories Experience creating engaging visual experiences across presentations, eLearning, video, print, and digital platforms Familiarity with digital product and mobile application design A growth mindset and curiosity around AI‑assisted design and content creation Strong visual problem‑solving skills and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills A client‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional work The ability to balance creativity, speed, quality, and business realities Primary Responsibilities Design engaging experiences across eLearning, presentations, video, motion graphics, print, and digital products Create polished executive‑level presentations and visual storytelling assets for client programs and business initiatives Design visual assets and interface concepts that support Learner Mobile and related digital products Develop creative concepts, themes, visual identities, and design systems that support learning content and training initiatives Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and supporting visual assets Design and build assets for Rise, PowerPoint, and other learning development platforms Produce and edit video, motion graphics, and multimedia content as needed Collaborate closely with instructional designers, learning experience managers, developers, product teams, and client stakeholders Apply accessibility, usability, and visual communication best practices across all deliverables Utilize AI‑powered design and production tools to improve quality, increase efficiency, accelerate delivery, and maximize project profitability Contribute to the ongoing evolution of SVI's design standards, workflows, and creative capabilities Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in a fast‑paced creative, agency, learning, or digital product environment Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop,and InDesign Experience designing high‑impact PowerPoint presentations Experience creating visual assets for digital products, mobile applications, or web‑based experiences Familiarity with eLearning development tools and platforms Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong illustration, iconography, and visual storytelling capabilities Experience working within brand standards while adapting designs to unique client needs AI & Technology Expectations AI is becoming an essential part of how we work. Successful candidates will demonstrate an interest in using AI tools to increase speed, quality, and scalability without sacrificing creativity. Experience with tools such as: Adobe Firefly ChatGPT Midjourney Other AI‑assisted design and content creation platforms is highly desirable. Candidates should be comfortable experimenting with new technologies and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, accelerate production, reduce manual effort, and help projects stay within budget while maintaining exceptional quality.
