Lawn Care Crew Leader
We’re looking for an experienced Crew Leader who can confidently pull a trailer and lead a lawn care team. You’ll handle mowing, trimming, edging, & yard cleanups while making sure jobs are done to a high standard.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a crew and make sure daily jobs are completed efficiently.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn equipment.
• Train and guide team members on best practices.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Communicate with MOD and deliver excellent service.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be able to pull and back up a trailer.
• Solid lawn care experience (mowing, trimming, edging, hedge work, leaf removal)
• Leadership or crew supervision experience.
• Knowledge of zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and other lawn equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for quality lawn care.
