Field Reimbursement Manager, Immunology - Pulmonology and Gastroenterology (Boston, N)

Regeneron seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support healthcare practitioners in obtaining access to immunology products in the Boston area. The role involves navigating payer formularies, managing prior authorization processes, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal patient access to specialty biologics.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare provider offices in obtaining Regeneron product access and managing reimbursement barriers
• Collaborate with sales teams, district managers, and medical specialists to execute access initiatives
• Educate physician offices on payer coverage and specialty pharmacy processes for alliance products
• Monitor and maintain knowledge of local and national payer formularies and utilization criteria
• Develop and execute strategic tactical plans for product access within assigned accounts and regions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience with subcutaneous self-injectable biologics
• Minimum 2 years reimbursement or market access experience
• Experience with specialty pharmacy networks and buy-and-bill models
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of payer landscape, utilization management, and prior authorization processes
