Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, coding, and payer requirements
• Collaborate with field teams to address access barriers and patient affordability issues
• Conduct field-based reimbursement support and problem-solving at healthcare provider sites
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory business planning and routing
• Partner with managed care colleagues and internal departments to support access solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy benefits
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and payer coverage dynamics
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
