About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Philanthropy to spearhead a new era of fundraising. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic and dynamic growth of philanthropic support, with a focus on building and executing a multi-year plan to significantly increase annual revenue. This role demands a confident and relationship-driven leader who can effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact, and who is prepared to make a long-term commitment to the role. The Vice President of Philanthropy will work closely with the Board and executive leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, and will be instrumental in growing the organization's loyal base of individual, foundation, and corporate supporters. Applicants for the Vice President of Philanthropy position at the company should be ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. The role requires a leader with the ability to command a room, translate the organization's work into a compelling narrative, and bring the discipline and consistency needed to see a multi-year plan through.
