* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
* Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement. SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Create and implement Individualized Education Programs tailored to student needs.
* Teach students using modified curriculum and adaptive techniques.
* Assess academic and behavioral growth; adjust plans as needed.
* Coordinate with general ed teachers, support staff, and parents.
