How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Support clinical excellence by assisting dentists and orthodontists during assessments and treatments to ensure every patient receives high-quality, personalized care.
• Capture precise diagnostics by performing X-rays and creating intra-oral impressions that serve as the foundation for accurate patient treatment plans.
• Coordinate the patient experience by managing registration and scheduling, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and organized visit from check-in to check-out.
• Optimize the clinical environment by meticulously processing dental instruments and maintaining stocked, sterile exam rooms to ensure a safe and efficient workspace for the team.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
• Dental Assistant credentialed from the Texas Dental Assistant preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 1+ years of Orthodontic experience.
• Active RDA license.
• Ability to travel to other Ascension facilities.
