THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Entertainment team. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:

• manage the entire account-service process
• market to carriers
• prepare quotes and proposals
• assist with client presentations
• prepare & process certificates, endorsements, billing, binders, etc. ensuring accuracy

*position can be remote or hybrid (a few days in the office, a few days at home)

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You are perfect for this opportunity if you:

• hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
• have at least 4+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment (experience in the Entertainment space is strongly preferred)
• are currently licensed in good standing
• have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
• are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• have Contract and Coverage Knowledge

The expected salary range for this position is $38-$48/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
