The Local Account Manager serves as the primary client contact for IT staff augmentation and project-based professional services. The role focuses on client relationships, recruitment delivery, resource coordination, contract performance, and issue resolution. For project-based assignments, the Account Manager coordinates personnel and client communication with the designated project manager or technical lead.


Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary local contact for client communication, contract coordination, and service issues.
Understand IT staffing needs and translate them into clear recruitment and resource requirements.
Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and placement tracking.
Coordinate qualified personnel for routine, specialized, urgent, and project-based service requests.
Work with project managers and technical leads to confirm required skills, schedules, personnel, and assignment priorities.
Monitor open requests, assignment performance, resource availability, workforce continuity, and client satisfaction.
ddress performance concerns and coordinate timely replacements when needed.
Verify compliance with contract terms, employment laws, background checks, security requirements, and client procedures.
Provide regular reports on recruitment activity, placements, resource utilization, performance, risks, and billing.
Identify opportunities to expand IT staffing and professional services within existing client relationships. Skill set info Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Five or more years of account management, recruitment, or client-service experience.
Experience managing IT staff augmentation and coordinating project-based professional services.
Experience working with government agencies or other large, complex organizations.
Working knowledge of common IT roles and technical skill requirements.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
