Collaborate with agency leadership to streamline our sales process and improve client retention. Requirements State‑issued Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license. Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or high‑level account management. Demonstrated history of building and mentoring successful sales teams. Advanced understanding of risk management and complex policy structures. Strong public speaking and presentation capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with local Chesapeake business networks is a plus.
