About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in multi-unit, full-service restaurant operations to spearhead the next phase of growth and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational execution, financial performance, and leadership development across all restaurants and regions. This hands-on role demands a leader with a proven track record in operational excellence, scale, and the ability to maintain the culture and standards that define the brand. The COO will be accountable for day-to-day operational performance, ensuring consistent execution of food quality, service standards, safety, and hospitality. They will also be tasked with driving financial performance, owning the operational P&L, and leading the company in the execution of its strategy. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in a similar setting, with a preference for those who have previously held an enterprise-level role. The role requires a leader with strong operational instincts, financial acumen, and a proven ability to develop and lead teams. The ideal candidate will have a direct, decisive leadership style, high standards, and excellent people skills. A key aspect of the role is the willingness to lead from the field, with approximately 60% travel, and a commitment to being based in one of the company's core markets. The COO will work closely with the executive team to ensure cross-functional alignment and will be instrumental in the company's new store openings and growth initiatives.
