Overview Server position at Red Robin. You will be part of the Front of House service team, delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. You will take orders using handheld technology, serve food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner, and earn base pay plus tips. The role is at least 18 years old and includes opportunities for additional earnings through tips and other compensation. Pay rate and earnings: Server pay rate is $6.05 plus tips. Red Robin servers also earn variable tips; hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage. Other Types of Compensation : Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
