Server Position

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate, self-motivated, diligent, and with a natural inclination to make the people around them happy. Responsibilities include suggesting appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and daily specials, suggesting wine pairings based on the food they order, confirming orders with chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested, ensuring that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner, working closely with restaurant management and immediately addressing all customer concerns as they present themselves, and creating a pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant environment required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor. Familiarity with POS systems and standards restaurant procedures. Food Handlers and TABC certifications. Flexible availability, including mornings & evenings, weekends and holidays.
