Responsibilities Manage an active caseload involving complex business and commercial litigation matters. Handle matters involving general business disputes, employment litigation, probate litigation, real estate disputes, healthcare litigation, and data privacy litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents. Conduct legal research, analyze case strategy, and support clients through all phases of litigation. Work directly with partners and senior trial attorneys on litigation strategy, case development, and client service. Balance multiple deadlines, priorities, and responsibilities while maintaining high quality work product. Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team focused, professional environment. Support client relationships through clear communication, preparation, and thoughtful legal guidance. Qualifications Active and good standing California Bar admission required. Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school required. 5 to 10 years of litigation experience handling complex litigation matters. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team setting. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Interest in high quality litigation work, client service, and continued professional growth.
