(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and executing business processes and practices. Responsibilities Operates forklift safely and in accordance with company standards, picking up, moving, placing and positioning merchandise pallets. Completes work assignments and prioritizes tasks using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, communicating progress and recommending improvement opportunities. Receives, organizes, and manages stocks and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, maintaining inventory flow per company policy and using equipment appropriately. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, offering guidance on self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues, while promoting company products and services. Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials responsibly, correcting unsafe situations and reporting to management. Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation, zoning the area, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up displays, ensuring modular integrity, handling promotional displays, processing defective merchandise, monitoring shrink, security risks and safety. Assists with club pickup orders, stages selections, ensures products are staged per policy, audits pick order accuracy and compliance within acceptable timeframes. Tracks goods, maintains in‑stock levels, controls shrinkage, reports inventory deficiencies and poor practices, and uses inventory tools and equipment safely. Operates and maintains forklifts, reports any unsafe conditions or broken equipment, and informs management when forklifts are not operational. Proactively identifies customers who need help, engages and assists them with technology services and items, models technology support for others, and identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season or specific work, with multiple premiums potentially applying.
