SAP Test Manager

SAP automation testing experience using Tosca, SAP functional testing/test management, GxP Validation knowledge and Pharma experience. Good communication, stakeholder management, and people management skills. 10+ years of experience in SAP functional testing/automation testing and project management. Bring thought leadership in QA practices as it relates to SAP testing, including best practices. Expertise in analyzing SAP business/user requirements documents and functional requirements. Experience in writing/enhancing test plans and test strategies, defining scope, testing approaches, project milestones, risks, and mitigation. As an onsite test lead, manage offshore testing teams throughout the validation testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management activities. Experience in various types of tests such as functionality, positive, negative, smoke, integration, user acceptance, performance, regression, load, security, and installation. Self-motivated with adherence to SLA deliverables and meeting deadlines. Comfortable working with teams and dealing with customers. Experience in Client ALM or Code Beamer. Experience in onsite/offshore delivery models. Nonfunctional Testing Responsibilities: Lead, guide, manage, engage, and develop the team. Manage customer expectations on deliverables. Participate in organizational initiatives like CMMI compliance and DQI.
