Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days – Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:30 PM | Projected Start: April 20, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans
• Implement treatment techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Provide patient education related to injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides in the delivery of treatment
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services with occasional coverage for acute care evaluations (approximately every 5 weeks on weekends)

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license (must be provided at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy clinical experience; hospital experience preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (must be provided at time of submission)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy assignment experience
• Experience working in a hospital or regional medical center environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
