Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
• Occasional weekend coverage required for acute care evaluations (every 5 weeks)
• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs
• Provide educational information to patients regarding injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation therapy
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment
• Work with individuals of all ages from newborns to elderly patients
• Develop treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Must have South Carolina PT license
• Must have 2 years recent PT experience, hospital experience preferred
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required
• State licensure required for practice
