LCSW Full Time | Washington , DC | Permanent Job Id: BS21234 Washington, DC | Full-Time A community behavioral health organization in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical leadership and oversight across behavioral health programs, including Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS).

Opportunity Highlights
- Leadership role focused on clinical operations and behavioral health services
- Provide clinical supervision and support for complex and high-risk cases
- Oversee clinical quality, documentation, productivity, and treatment planning
- Ensure compliance with DC DBH, Medicaid, accreditation, and payer requirements
- Collaborate with Quality Improvement, Billing, HR, Intake, Medical/Psychiatric, and SUD teams
- Participate in program development, strategic planning, and organizational improvement
- Support EHR workflows, reporting, and staff training
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work or related behavioral health discipline
- Active DC LCSW license required
- 3+ years of behavioral health clinical leadership or supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation, medical necessity, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with EHR systems
- Experience with MHRS, SUD, psychiatric services, audits, or accreditation preferred
