Resources for Human Development in Pennsylvania is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for individuals receiving services within the Behavioral Health Homes program. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and the Medical Director; maintain documentation in the EHR, participate in team meetings, ensure licensure, and provide person-centered care per OMHSAS and DDAP standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Resources for Human Development
