The VOLVO / MACK Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships while ensuring customer requirements are met across quality, delivery, service, and profitability. This role serves as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, coordinating cross‐functional efforts to support existing business, new programs, and ongoing operational performance. The Account Manager represents the company professionally and strategically, supporting customer satisfaction and long‐term partnership growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

 Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with customer contacts.

 Understand customer requirements, expectations, and contractual obligations.

 Coordinate internally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, and Materials to ensure customer needs are met.

 Support new business awards, program launches, and engineering changes.

 Monitor account performance related to on‐time delivery, quality, and service levels.

 Proactively communicate risks, issues, or changes that may impact customer commitments.

 Participate in pricing, quoting, and commercial discussions in coordination with leadership.

 Support contract review and ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and implemented.

 Facilitate customer meetings, visits, audits, and plant tours.

 Track and follow up on customer action items, complaints, and corrective actions.

 Support forecasting, volume planning, and demand communication with internal teams.

 Maintain accurate account information, pricing, and customer documentation within company systems.

 Identify opportunities for account growth, cost improvement, and process optimization.

 Represent Creative Liquid Coatings, Inc., as a professional, responsive, and reliable supplier.

 Perform other duties as assigned in support of commercial and operational objectives.

Skill and Education Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or commercial roles within a manufacturing environment.

 Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and customer requirements.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem‐solving abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

 Customer‐focused mindset with strong attention to detail and follow‐through.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred.

 Ability to work cross‐functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Work Environment
 Work is performed in office and manufacturing environments.

 Regular interaction with customers and internal departments.

 Noise levels are typically low to moderate.

 Occasional travel required for customer meetings, audits, or site visits.

 Standard business hours with flexibility based on customer and business needs.

 Must follow all company safety requirements when in production areas.
