Job Description:

- Unit Information:
- 70116 Surgery
- Location: St. Mark's Hospital
- Address: 1200 East 3900 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84124
- Floor: Second
- Building: Main Tower

- General Information:
- Number of Beds: 13 ORs
- Number of Staff: 81+ FTEs
- Type of Staff: Trauma II (24-hour staff)
- Day Shift: 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters
- Night Shift: Patient Ratios

- Type of Equipment:
- EMR: EPIC

- Typical Hiring Profile:
- Must Have:
- Experience with da Vinci Robotics
- 2 years of Orthopedic experience
- Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Vascular experience

- Typical Procedures Performed:
- Everything except LVADs, transplants, and pediatrics under 14 years of age

- Best Personality Fit:
- Flexible

- Required Certifications:
- RN: RN LICENSE & BLS
- OR TECH: BLS, no cert required for state of UT

- Weekends and On Call:
- 3 to 6 call shifts a month

- Positions Available:
