Mgr, Workplace Solutions (In Ofc/GPC Full-Time) Workplace Solutions Manager (Facilities) Please note: This position requires you to be in the office at GA Corp HQ, 241 Ralph McGill Blvd, Atlanta, GA (Full‑time) and involves approximately 25% local travel to other GA Power facilities and buildings. The Workplace Solutions Manager leads a high‑performing team of six direct employees and multiple vendor and contractor partners, overseeing Workplace Services, Business Services, and Facility Management Services across corporate headquarters and statewide locations. The role focuses on enhancing the employee experience, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional service. The manager is responsible for developing and implementing scalable, efficient business solutions that meet the company’s evolving needs while upholding compliance, financial stewardship, and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Vendor Management – Lead strategic vendor relationships, provide contract oversight, pursue standardization and optimization, and foster supplier diversity. Conference Services – Oversee all collaboration spaces and support services at the GPC corporate office, coordinating with building management and Facilities colleagues. Organizational Communications – Partner across the Facilities organization to develop and deliver clear, timely communications about new programs, changes, and services. Business Solutions – Manage the team responsible for validating, reconciling, and processing transactional activities for GPC, SCS, and GAS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Facilities Management Support – Streamline statewide business services through strategic planning, service modeling, and best practices, implementing right‑sizing initiatives. Waste Management – Serve as the primary Georgia Power stakeholder for the One/SCM Category Waste Management initiative, overseeing vendors and ensuring compliance. Childcare Services – Serve as the primary liaison between Southern Company and Bright Horizons childcare centers, coordinating communication and service quality.
