If you are looking to grow your career and are motivated by solving meaningful problems, we encourage you to apply today!As a Lead Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes.A typical day as Lead Processing Engineer might include:Mentoring and coaching other engineers and technicians.Assisting management in developing and driving the execution of operational and strategic objectives.Driving high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing processes, operations and tools.Managing or preparing documentation, including experiments, component and equipment qualifications, assembly materials qualifications, etc.Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.This job might be for you if:You have a B.S. Degree or equivalent.You have 3-5 years' experience in electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA cleaning and conformal coating equipment.You have leadership and communication skills.You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsYou can learn new skills and assume new responsibilitiesYou can work cooperatively in a team environmentYou have background check results satisfactory to SEL & negative drug test result(s)It is a plus if you have:Experience with PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processesPhysical RequirementsNoneAbout Our TeamProcess Engineering teams focus on optimizing manufacturing performance by improving equipment reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and increasing operational efficiency.
