Responsibilities Processing purchase orders Invoicing Assisting with data entry of billing and accounts payable information Entering shipping & receiving paperwork into the computer system Answering phones & emails, filing paperwork, and helping to check in trucks and drivers Requirements Previous experience in invoicing, billing, accounts payable, or shipping and receiving is a plus Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) Microsoft Teams experience is a plus Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position.
