Provide advanced financial analysis and support business decisions through financial modeling, accounting, forecasting, variance/trend analysis, reporting, budgeting, and risk/control management . Support month-end close, financial statements, and compliance. Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's/MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field .
- 1-3 years related practical experience.
- Strong finance, accounting, and business analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel and experience analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and ledger/account analysis .
- Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, audit processes, and reporting compliance .
- Ability to independently analyze complex financial issues and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Revenue/business acumen
- SOX controls experience
- Journal entry experience
