Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley for our 3p-11p shift. Position Overview: As a CNA at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley, you will work as part of a dynamic team to provide care and support to our residents. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced CNA, we welcome you to apply. In this role, you will:

Provide compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff
Assist residents with hygiene, bathing, and ADLs (activities of daily living)
Pass meal trays, feed residents, and monitor food and fluid intake
Monitor residents, reporting any changes in health or concerns to the nurse
Maintain a clean and healthy environment, ensuring comfort and safety for residents

Requirements:

Successful completion of a CNA program
Current NY State Certification as a CNA
Good standing with the State Registry
Ability to work as a team player
Must meet the requirements set by the Department of Health
