The HVAC Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales within the residential HVAC market. Reporting directly to the owner, this position focuses on negotiating and closing sales to meet company goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and effective sales techniques to build lasting customer relationships in a residential environment. This is a commission-based employment level where you can generate a high level of return.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate sales agreements with residential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present HVAC products and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate closely with the owner to align sales strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends and product developments
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in HVAC sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong HVAC product knowledge
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Technical understanding of HVAC systems
