RN Critical Care

Schedule: Shift: 12-hour Nights Time: 1900-0730 Days: 3 shifts per week Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements: KS RN or Compact RN License BLS and ACLS Certification 2 years of recent critical care/ICU or Emergency Department experience Experience with BiPAP, chest tubes, PICC lines, and drawing labs Experience with open-heart Day 2 or Day 3 and pacing wires Comfortability without a vascular access team and conducting own consults and codes

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in critical care settings. Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond appropriately. Manage life support equipment and administer medications as needed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Compliance / Notes: Orientation: Attend initial orientation days as specified. Facility policy: Nicotine-free environment. Client cancellation policy: One shift may be canceled at no cost to the client with a minimum 2-hour notice.
