Client Relations Executive - Eurofins Built Environment Testing - Pacific Northwest

Job Description Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Client Relations Executive in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates may be located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Have a deep understanding of internal operational capabilities and be knowledgeable of service capability matrices across lab locations. Participate in the overall sales process, creating accounts through direct discussions with clients and in coordination with the Sales Team. Manage and provide timely responses to client inquiries and ensure resolution of issues or complaints related to project management and work status. Maintain client accounts with up‑to‑date preference information. Work closely with Laboratory Support to ensure proper receipt and login of samples. Answer common technical questions, facilitate problem resolution, and coordinate technical details with laboratory staff. Develop strong business relationships and familiarity with clients to enhance service and sales. Ensure clients receive proper sampling supplies by coordinating product requests. Generate weekly metrics and provide feedback on client concerns/satisfaction to upper management to help monitor client retention. Qualifications BS degree in Biology or related science (required). 2–5 years of customer service experience (preferred). Experience in the Indoor Air Quality field (preferred). Familiarity with a laboratory setting (preferred). Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Travel within California and to Arizona will be required during training. Additional Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF). Prioritization and timely execution of tasks. Problem‑solving and solution orientation. Ability to sell solutions through active listening. Strong interpersonal skills (people, social, emotional intelligence). Team player who can self‑motivate. Performs well under pressure; thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: $70,304 – $75,000 annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications. Position is full‑time and onsite in‑office, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Qualified candidates living within commutable distance to either Seattle, WA or Portland, OR are encouraged to apply.
