LVN / LPN - LTCPosition: LPN/LVNScheduling Details And ChartingShift hours/Contract Length: 5x8 1500-2300/ 13 weeks.Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.Charting: EPIC experience required.RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission.Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed.Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes.Locals Accepted?
