Responsibilities Overview:

As a Memory Care Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you’ll provide safe and accurate medication administration while building meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate, person-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and State regulations.

• Maintain accurate medication documentation and records.

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.

• Build trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care.

• Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary.

• Promote resident independence and dignity.

• Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.

What We Offer:

Job Types:

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Rotating weekends

• 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)

Competitive Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Flexible Hours:

• Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per week

• Full-Time: 32 – 40 hours per week

Position Requirements: 

• A valid unencumbered Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Certification is required. 

• Certification Requirement: This position requires a current Certified Medication Technician (CMT). L1MA certification is not accepted for this role.

• At least 1 year of Certified Medication Technician (CMT) experience in a Memory Care setting is preferred.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

• Reliable transportation is required.
