Night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care for our rehabilitation unit. This role involves working with patients recovering from various conditions, including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, and those requiring post-surgical rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in rehab nursing and demonstrate a commitment to collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit.
Administer medications and monitor patient health.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Assist with patient evaluations and rehabilitation goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in rehabilitation nursing.
Current RN license in the state of Washington.
CCRN certification preferred but not required.
