Whether you welcome an excited family embarking on their vacation, assist a business traveler seeking a smooth check‑in, or help a guest in need of personal assistance, your warm and genuine hospitality will set the tone for their stay. This fast‑paced and interactive role gives you the opportunity to shine. Responsibilities Make a First Impression – deliver a great hospitality experience in person or by phone, wowing guests with a welcoming personality. Make a Lasting Impression – while checking guests out, inquire about their stay and listen carefully to any concerns. Enjoy Problem Solving – help guests with luggage, directions, restaurant recommendations, lost items, or any miscellaneous needs. Be Accountable – collect money, route calls, take messages, and meet many other guest needs accurately and efficiently. Be a Safety & Security Agent – follow the hotel’s safety and security policies, anticipate problems, and call management as needed. Job Requirements This role requires good verbal and written English communication skills, the ability to handle cash or credit transactions, and proficiency with front office software. Physical requirements include light work up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and 10 pounds frequently, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Long hours, many spent standing, may also be required.
