Real Estate Investment Sales Representative
Location: Old Saybrook, CT
Compensation: Base $35k + Commission | Commission-Only option available (higher commission tiers)

A privately held real estate investment firm based in Old Saybrook, CT focused on acquiring off-market and distressed residential properties. The company sources opportunities through foreclosures and direct-to-seller outreach, then resells to investors and end buyers. The Opportunity
This is a sales-driven role focused on moving real estate investment opportunities from pipeline to close. You will work directly with buyers including investors, flippers, and end users. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are motivated by performance-based earnings and want to grow within a high-activity sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and work a pipeline of residential investment properties
- Prospect, qualify, and engage buyers
- Build relationships with investors and repeat buyers
- Guide deals from initial contact through closing
- Maintain consistent follow-up to drive deal flow
- Track activity and manage pipeline effectively
Compensation
- 15% commission on company-owned properties
- 25% commission on deals where no company capital is invested
- Commission-only option available with higher commission tiers
Estimated Earnings:
- Average performers: ~$80,000 annually
- Top performers: $150,000+
- Earnings are uncapped and performance-driven
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (real estate a plus, not required)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- High level of motivation and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple deals and follow-ups simultaneously
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
