Accounts Receivable / Administrative
Pay: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Overview
We’re seeking a detailoriented Accounts Receivable & Administrative Coordinator to support order processing, customer accounts, and frontoffice operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, accuracy, and keeping a busy office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Process watersoluble orders: new customer setup, production packets, invoicing, and payments
Handle customer returns and refunds, including AP approval routing
Process and finalize credit applications for new customers
Manage accounts receivable: checks, credit cards, ACH, wires, and filing
Generate and send monthly statements; complete monthend close and reporting
Maintain Certificates of Insurance and track expirations
Coordinate water/fertilizer sample testing with QAL and approve related charges
Provide frontdesk support for calls, mail, deliveries, and customer pickups
Process W9 requests and assist with vendor billing (including Rowe Custom Transport)
Qualifications
Experience in accounts receivable or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Professional communication and customer service skills
